Main Missions
1 - Prepare paints in compliance with procedures
按照程序準(zhǔn)備涂料
- Prepare paints in compliance with procedure and standards (temperature, viscosity, production, quality, flow, health-safety, etc.)
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)項目，按照流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)備涂料（溫度、黏度、生產(chǎn)、品質(zhì)、流速、健康安全等）。
- Record these preparations in the information system
在信息系統(tǒng)記錄這些生產(chǎn)項目。
- Change colours in the circulating systems
在循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中改變顏色。
-Receive paints, if necessary and if administrative personnel are absent
必要時和人員短缺時接收涂料。
- Manage paint application zone stocks by applying the FIFO principle and take inventories
通過先進(jìn)先出原則和盤點管理涂料庫存區(qū)。
- Detect and solve conventional problems inherent to the job and ensure the correct solution is chosen
識別和解決工作中的常規(guī)性問題和確保正確的解決方案。
2 - Guarantee the quality of paint preparations
保證涂料準(zhǔn)備工作的品質(zhì)
- Self-inspect his/her preparations (temperature, viscosity, resistivity, quantity) and record findings
自行檢查他/她的準(zhǔn)備工作（溫度、黏度、電阻系數(shù)、數(shù)量）和記錄結(jié)果。
- Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies, equipment anomalies)
提起質(zhì)量警報（流程異常、產(chǎn)品異常、設(shè)備異常）。
- Correct viscosity in accordance with specifications
符合規(guī)范的正確的黏度。
- Record non-conformities and notify his/her manager
記錄不符合項并通知他/她的經(jīng)理。
- Analyse causes and decide on methods and means most suited to his/her missions
分析原因，確定最適合他/她職責(zé)的方式方法。
3 - Check the conformity and correct operation of equipment
檢查是否遵守規(guī)范正確操作設(shè)備。
- Clean stations and preparation means
做好清潔工位，準(zhǔn)備工作。
- Check the conformity of his/her workstation before starting work
工作前確認(rèn)他/她的工位準(zhǔn)備就緒。
- Conduct the level 1 maintenance analysis
執(zhí)行l(wèi)evel 1的維護(hù)分析。
- Prepare for maintenance
維護(hù)準(zhǔn)備。
- Set his/her machines to the set maximum and minimum tolerances
給他/她的機(jī)器設(shè)置大和小值。
4 - Help to ensure the smooth running of his/her zone
幫助確保他/她的區(qū)域順利運行。
- Make suggestions and help to implement them
提出建議，幫助實施。
- Develop his/her versatility and multi skills
開發(fā)他/她的多技能崗能力。
- Take part in working groups and progress meetings
參加工作組和進(jìn)度會議。
- Comply with the rules of the company and 5S
遵從公司規(guī)則和5S規(guī)則。
- Help others
幫助他人。
5 - Pass on required information to the production team
移交需要的信息給到生產(chǎn)部。
-Attend zone meetings
參加區(qū)域會議。
Notify the line 2 operator in the event of a fault or potential problem
如有故障或潛在的問題通知到line 2的操作員工。
Ensure that instructions are communicated to the next paint preparer at shift handover
確保與下一班次的調(diào)漆工交班時做好了交接溝通。
Specific Missions

Replace painters or operators as required
后備的調(diào)漆工和操作工是必須的。
Take on the role of operator based on workload or risks on the line
根據(jù)工作量和生產(chǎn)線的風(fēng)險承擔(dān)操作崗角色。
Notify relevant parties of any peremptory risks
通知相關(guān)方任何不可避免的風(fēng)險
Ensure the correct application of products
確保產(chǎn)品正確應(yīng)用。
Inspect paint application areas (filters, pressure gauges, leak-tightness, etc.)
檢查噴涂應(yīng)用區(qū)域（過濾器，壓力計，密封性等）
Responsibilities in terms of QSEP
QSEP責(zé)任
Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements
使用和遵循流程、指導(dǎo)書、附件說明和改進(jìn)建議。
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions
確保工作遵循安全和環(huán)境要求。
Report any deterioration or anomaly in preventive or protective equipment relating to Health & Safety and the Environment
及時匯報涉及健康、安全和環(huán)境預(yù)防性的或保護(hù)性的設(shè)備的故障和異常。
